Questions commonly asked by clients:

Is there a minimum number of hours required to rent the vehicles?

There is a two hour minimum for our Towncar and a three hour minimum for our limousine.

Is it a problem if we are located outside the Charlotte area?

Not at all. There may be a small fee depending on how far away you are located. This is better determined by contacting us personally.

Can we smoke in the vehicles?

No. If one of the passengers needs to smoke, bring it to the attention of the chauffeur. They will be more than happy to pull over for you at earliest convenience.
There is a $100 fine for smoking in vehicle. If the problem continues, it will terminate the ride and NO REFUND will be given.

Can you provide alcohol for us?

No, by law we are not allowed to. But if the entire party is over 21, you are more than welcome to bring your own spirits! You may bring a small plastic (hard) cooler as well if it is convenient for you. If the party consists of anyone under 21 then no alcohol will be allowed. Violation of this policy will result in termination of service, with NO REFUND given.


Do I have to pay for the vehicle while inside concert/ event?

Yes. We do not schedule more than one charter per vehicle at a time. If there is an emergency, or you need to leave early, we are able to accommodate your needs.

Can we bring our own CD's to listen to?

Absolutely!
