date is guaranteed until deposit and signed contract are
received by Johnny B's Limousine Service.
Deposits are
non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days notice will
be billed the total contract amount. By signing this
legally binding contract and entering your credit card
information, you are authorizing Johnny B’s Limousine
Service to charge the credit card for the following
charges: deposit, cancellation fees, damages to the
vehicle, and all services rendered.
Johnny B’s Limousine
Service- rules and regulations:
1. NO alcohol allowed in vehicle if anyone is under the age
of 21. Violation of this rule will terminate the ride with
NO REFUND.
2. No smoking in vehicles. If someone needs to light up,
bring it to the attention of the chauffeur and they will
pull over at earliest convenience. There will be a $100
fine for first offense, possible termination of ride with
NO REFUND.
3. We are not responsible for any unattended, forgotten,
left, lost, damaged or stolen items left in vehicle.
4. The sale or use of illegal drugs in vehicle is strictly
forbidden. Violation will result in immediate termination
of ride with NO REFUND.
5. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at
contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges.
Overtime will be billed in half hour increments.
6. Johnny B’s Limousine Service is not responsible for any
delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, mechanical
problems, airline and/or airport problems, automotive
accidents caused by others, or acts of God.
7. Customer may not attach or affix anything to the
interior or exterior of the vehicle without the prior
permission of Johnny B’s Limousine Service.
8. Customer accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage
or special cleaning and loss of income due to negligence
carelessness caused by any member of customers group or
customer (examples; burns, broken glasses ($10), vomiting,
scratches, wrestling in vehicles, kicking windows, mirrors,
etc.) and authorizes Johnny B’s Limousine Service to charge
the guaranteed credit card for the expenses regardless and
of any prior understandings and agreements. These charges
are necessary due to the high cost of cleaning, and the
revenue and time lost because the car cannot be used.
9. THERE IS A $250.00 CHARGE
FOR CLEANING UP ANY BIOLOGICAL MATTER in or on the vehicle.
10. Any fines accrued by the chauffeur or Johnny B’s
Limousine Service due to direct misbehavior by any member
of customer will be charged to guaranteeing credit card.
(This includes throwing trash out window.)
11. A copy of these rules is to be signed by client. If
client is under the age of 18, a parent is to sign as well.
